• Description

The British Wildlife Centre is home to the finest collection of native wildlife in Britain.

View over 40 different species, many rarely seen in the wild, living in large enclosures landscaped to reflect their natural habitats.

    Discover Britain’s wonderful wildlife.

See the animals up close at keeper talks throughout the day and take advantage of the excellent photo opportunities.

Open every weekend and public holiday of the year (excluding Christmas and Boxing day) and daily during state school holidays.

Come and learn all about our native species and the challenges they face.

On weekdays in school term time we are closed to the public and are available for pre-booked school trips, group visits and photographic days/workshops. We also offer venue facilities and access for professional photography and filming.
